As for a McCain cover – I envision the Mrs. dressed up like a St. Pauli’s girl, with her huge (fake?) boobs busting out of a dirndle type top, and a short little skirt w/lederhosen type straps, all to go along with the beer distributor thing. Maybe she could have some prescription drugs in one hand, and a mug of beer in the other?

McCain, I think he could be dressed up as Naval man, maybe some cheesecake tattoo on his arms. And in his hands, a very prominent box with a big red button, and his finger on top…
