I’m sure the founding fathers didn’t expect this kind of a population when they originally came up with this voting system.

Our voting system is far too open to corruption, sadly, and recounts should be mandatory in every district. It used to take weeks before a winner would be announced in the days before modern communication technology – what’s a day or two if it means we’ll have accurate results?

I’m still appalled that the 2000 election was stolen.
